Obituary of Roger Edwin Mace

In his 72nd year, passed away peacefully at home with family at his side on January 1st, 2019, after a brief illness.

Roger is survived by his wife, best friend, and partner of 48 years, Linda Cheryl Mace (nee O'Meara) of Brockville. 

He was the proud father of three children; a daughter, Leesa Blakeley (Dave) and extended family of Ottawa; his son, Martin Mace (Virginia) and extended family of Brockville; and his son Ryan (Trina) of Russell. 

Roger is also the grandfather of three cherished grandchildren; Eric Lindsman Mace of Tincap, and Nolan & Leah Mace of Russell. Also, several cousins, nieces and nephews. 

He was predeceased by his parents Albert E. Mace, and Doris M. Mace (Atkins) of Brockville.

As per Roger's wishes, cremation has taken place and burial will take place at a later date. Donations in Roger's memory to a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated, as well as to his favourite charities, the C.N.I.B., the Salvation Army, and the Brockville Humane Society.

Rest in peace, big guy. You will be dearly missed.
