Obituary of Peter Harvey Abbott

Peacefully at home on Thursday June 11, 2020. Peter Harvey Abbott of Maitland, aged 74 years.

Beloved husband of Gail (Latimer). Loving father of Julie (Corey) and Ryan.

Fondly remembered by grandchildren Grady and Lauren Miller and Hiro Sugita.

Survived by several nieces and nephews from Ontario and the United Kingdom.

Predeceased by his parents Harvey and Hilda and siblings Pauline and Stewart of Leicester, England. And his nephew Eric Latimer.

Peter worked for Glenn Smith builders, Athenia custom kitchens and the Brockville Psychiatric Hospital.

He was an avid wood carver and belonged to St. Lawrence Wood Carvers and Walker House. He was also a member of Antique Wheels in Motion.

A public Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
