Uncle Kevin, I will miss you so much. You and Babe were the only family I grew up around..you were Dad's best friend..and he loved watching sports with you. Every Christmas you and Babe would come over and you couldn't wait to see what toys we got and play with them. You loved to tease me all the time about boys..my redhair..steal my food..There was even that one time you picked our dog Scruffy the kennel for us and after that you became Scruffy's new best friend. (We all laughed so much about that) I remember the day I left Oromocto and went to say goodbye to you and Babe.. I could not stop crying..and as I was walking down your driveway and you came running after me..hugged me again and told me that I should not get on that plane to London...that I loved that boy (Mathew Vance) how important love was and being lucky to find that kinda of love...how Important happiness was. Thank you for all the time you spent with me and all the memories.
I will Miss and love you always
Roberta

Kevin, it was a privilege to share part of my life with you. Thank you so much for your guidance and advice throughout the years. We have so many wonderful memories that we can cherish and pass on to grandchildren and great grandchildren, from your singing and playing the guitar to your hunting and fishing adventures with Bernie and your colourful story telling. Thank you for letting us take you, not once but twice to Cape Breton, in the recent years. You made us appreciate again the beauty of the island and the value in just spending time together and reminiscing.
Rest in peace my friend, you deserve it.
Your favourite daughter in law xoxo.
