Obituary of Penny Ann Leslie

Penny Ann Leslie (DeVries) February 18th 1961. Entered into rest on September 12th 2021 at the age of 60 with her sister by her side after a lengthy battle with lung cancer. Mom to her pride and joy Samantha (Frank) Sciarratta. Penny will be missed deeply by her siblings Tom DeVries, Diana (David) Blue, Matt (Patti) DeVries and Elaine DeVries, her former husband turned best friend Kevin Leslie, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Penny was a much loved waitress for most of her life at Bridgeview & Wok House Restaurant (formerly Seaway) & will fondly be remembered by all. Predeceased by her parents Tom & Ann (Baldwin) DeVries and her big brother Carl James DeVries.

Penny will be laid to rest in a private family side service at a later date. A Celebration of Life, which is open to all who knew her, will be held Saturday, September 25th from 1-4pm at the Grenville Fish & Games Club located at 2596 Campbell Road North, Prescott Ontario.
